VIP Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    To participate in the Referral Program, the referrer must be a legal individual who submits a valid referral through the provided referral form. The referral must be a new client who has not previously been contacted by or engaged with our company.

  2. Referral Bonus Structure:

    • The referrer will receive a minimum payment of $1,000 for each successful referral.

    • The payment may increase based on the referral's project. The referrer will earn 2.5% of the net profit from the construction of the house related to the referral, up to a maximum payout.

    • The final payment amount will be calculated based on the agreed-upon project value and profit margin.

    • You will be 50% upon contract deposit, with the final payment issued at the time of build completion.

  3. Payment Timing:
    The referral bonus will be issued upon the completion of the house build and after the final payment from the referred client has been received and processed. This payment will be made directly to the referrer’s provided payment method.

  4. Referral Eligibility:
    The referred individual or company must proceed with the construction project under our terms and conditions. If the referred client cancels the project or fails to complete the contract, the referral will no longer be eligible for compensation.

  5. Referral Confirmation:
    The referral will only be considered valid once the referred client has signed a formal contract with us and begun the construction process. Verbal referrals or preliminary inquiries will not be eligible for compensation.

  6. Exclusions:

    • Referrals involving existing clients, previous inquiries, or individuals who are already in the process of engaging our services will not be eligible for referral rewards.

  7. Payment Method:
    Payments for referral bonuses will be made via [preferred payment method] (e.g., bank transfer, check, PayPal) and will be processed within 30 days of project completion. The referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment details.

  8. Right to Modify or Terminate the Program:
    We reserve the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to the referrer. Changes to the program will apply to future referrals only.

  9. Tax Obligations:
    Any referral bonuses received may be subject to taxes. The referrer is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to referral rewards.

  10. Agreement to Terms:
    By submitting a referral, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any compensation is subject to the successful completion of the referral’s construction project.
