I earned my Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in 1990 and specialized in structural engineering, focusing on residential and some commercial projects.

  • Stephanie Cissa

    Controller

  • Skip Reitmeier

    Purchasing Manager

Growing up near Buffalo, NY I jumped into the construction business after graduating from college.  I spent several years installing domes over football and soccer stadiums, including the University of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.  I had my own company doing similar work for several years before moving to Charleston to work for a defense contractor, doing construction across the country for the government.

I retired from government work in 2021 and moved to Georgetown, but restlessness and a friend drew me into the residential construction business.  Now I’m having fun doing project costing and a little project management for the guys who built my Georgetown home.  I hope I have the opportunity to work on yours.

  • Chris Wooten

    Design Coordinator

I was born and raised in a small town just outside of Huntington, WV. While attending Marshall University in the Drafting Program, I had the opportunity to work with a Custom Home Builder who specialized in Kitchen and Interior Design. This experience sparked my interest, and I quickly focused my career on Kitchen and Bath Design.

Over the past 36 years, I’ve worked with several independent kitchen dealers and eventually opened my own kitchen design studio. Sold to a larger company, where I stayed on as the lead designer.

I then worked for Masco Company as a Design Coordinator and speaker for their training seminars. I continued creating designs for local and national builders like D.R. Horton and Centex.

On a personal note, I’m passionate about classic cars and enjoy everything related to them.

  • Catharine Gaither

    Interior Designer

I was born in Milwaukee, WI, and raised in Bethlehem, PA, where I grew up with six sisters and one brother. From an early age, I stood out as the creative one in our family. My love for decorating and organization naturally guided me towards a career in residential design. I have been working in the field of interior design since 2005.

In 2017, we retired to the beautiful Pawleys Island area. However, I couldn’t leave my passion behind, so I rejoined the industry with Al Dewitt Custom Builder. I help clients make design selections that transform a house into their home. I hope to have the opportunity to assist you with your decor options too.
